 If you like snacking, that’s good as long, you eat healthy snack. Snack is not always potato chips, but, you can use fruit as your main snack.

 But, to make more variation, you need different snacking plan for different day. If you like banana, you can plan to have plain banana as your snack in the day one and the next day, you can have banana juice with milk and little cocoa powder for extra taste.

 And that will make your snacking time also become the relaxation time. You got the extra energy that you need and you won’t bore with the snack that you eat. And it’s healthy too.

 

 
Love Plan for Next Stage of Your Relationship

 Love feel more meaningful if you can express it with your action. You can always say “I love you” to your girlfriend, but, that won’t make your relationship step into next step.

 You can start to make a love plan. You can give a surprise gift to your girlfriend on the day that she never expect it, you can arrange different activity every weekend with your girlfriend.
